Payment and Returns Policy

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Desert Nomad Tours and Rentals is committed to providing our customers with excellent service and quality vehicles. We understand that plans can change, and we have established the following Payment, Cancellation and Refund policies to ensure that our customers are treated fairly.

Payment Policy

Clients may opt to pay the full quoted amount, in which case Desert Nomad Tours and Car Rentals will be liable for a refund subject to the conditions of the Refund Policy being met. Alternatively, a client may opt to pay a non-refundable deposit of 10%, with the balance payable on pick-up of the vehicle.

This 10% is not refundable under any circumstance if the client decides not to proceed with the booking or cancel the booking.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

In these times of high uncertainty, Desert Nomad Tours and Car Rentals acknowledges that clients may fail to take up their booking due to various reasons. Therefore, Desert Nomad Tours and Car Rentals commits to refunding 100% of the booking amount to the client. For this to happen, the client needs to inform Desert Nomad Tours and Car Rentals of their inability to take up a booking at least 14 days before the vehicle pick-up date.

If the client informs Desert Nomad Tours and Car Rentals less than 14 days before the vehicle pick up date, the client will be refunded 50% of the paid amount. In both cases, Desert Nomad Tours and Car Rental will refund the client within a period of 30 days from the date of cancellation. Please note that this is different from a no show.

A no show will not be refunded. No refund will be given in a case where a cancellation is done during the booked period for some reason after the vehicle has been picked up
